About

Pl@ntNet helps users identify plants by taking photos. It suits nature enthusiasts and citizen scientists alike. For example, you can instantly identify an unknown wildflower on a hike, contributing valuable data to global biodiversity research.

What Stands Out

Things to Consider

While the core identification is free, the app relies on community validation for its data. Users can contribute observations without an account, but creating one may offer enhanced features or tracking of personal contributions. Specific details about data privacy should be verified within the app.
