Mój DHL

About

The My DHL app provides streamlined shipment management for individuals and businesses. It helps users easily track parcels, adjust delivery preferences, and even dispatch shipments. For example, you can redirect an incoming package to a convenient DHL BOX locker directly from the app.

What Stands Out

• •Track shipment status in real-time for visibility on package location and estimated delivery.
• •Manage delivery options, including rerouting packages to DHL BOX lockers or other pickup points.
• •Initiate domestic and international shipments directly through the app for added convenience.
• •View courier location on a map and communicate with them via phone for precise delivery coordination.

Things to Consider

Account creation is necessary for full functionality, especially for managing shipments and delivery options. While the app is free to download, specific shipping services initiated through it will incur costs. Users should ensure they download the app from official app stores to guarantee authenticity and security.
