Libby

About

Libby connects users to their local library's digital collection, offering free ebooks and audiobooks. It's ideal for avid readers and audiobook listeners who want convenient access to titles on the go. For instance, you can download a book before your commute, ensuring uninterrupted reading without using mobile data.

What Stands Out

• •Borrow millions of ebooks and audiobooks for free using just a library card.
• •Download titles for offline enjoyment, perfect for commutes or areas with poor reception.
• •Send ebooks directly to your Kindle device for a seamless reading experience (U.S. libraries only).
• •Customize your reading or listening experience with adjustable playback speeds and text formatting.

Things to Consider

Access to Libby's extensive library requires a valid library card from a participating institution. While the app itself is free, certain advanced features or a wider selection may depend on your local library's subscription agreements and availability of titles within their digital catalog.
