Ring

About

The Ring app allows remote monitoring of properties using Ring devices. It suits homeowners seeking to enhance security and stay informed about events at their residence. For instance, it can send instant alerts when motion is detected, helping users quickly check on their home.

What Stands Out

• •Receive instant alerts on your smartphone for doorbell rings or motion detection, allowing for immediate awareness of activity.
• •View live HD video feeds from your cameras to visually monitor your property at any time.
• •Communicate with visitors remotely using Two-Way Talk functionality, enabling conversations with people at your door.
• •Review, save, and share recorded video clips by subscribing to a Ring Home Plan.

Things to Consider

Accessing recorded video history requires a Ring Home Plan subscription or trial. Professional monitoring for Ring Alarm is an optional, separate plan with specific service availability in the U.S. and Canada, excluding Quebec. Users should verify permit requirements in their local jurisdiction.
