Yanosik

About

Yanosik is a driving companion app designed for Polish drivers. It provides real-time alerts for speed traps and traffic issues, helping users navigate safely and avoid fines. For instance, it can warn you about an upcoming speed camera, allowing you to adjust your speed.

What Stands Out

• •Provides real-time alerts for speed checks, cameras, and police presence to help drivers avoid tickets.
• •Offers navigation with a SmartTraffic system to help users avoid traffic jams and find addresses.
• •Includes Radio Yanosik for entertainment and podcasts, making journeys more enjoyable.
• •Features a modern dashboard with quick access to essential driving services like car insurance and fuel price checks.

Things to Consider

The app includes advertisements, but these can be removed by purchasing a coffee within the app. Certain features, like autostart with other navigation apps, require Accessibility API permission, and uninterrupted service needs background (FOREGROUND_SERVICE) permission. Users should verify specific service availability in Poland.

Useful Tips

1. 01Enable background (FOREGROUND_SERVICE) permission for uninterrupted navigation and hazard warnings, even with the screen off.
2. 02Explore the app's dashboard for quick access to services like checking fuel prices or finding workshops.
3. 03Consider the coffee purchase option if you wish to use Yanosik ad-free.
4. 04Enable the Accessibility API for features like autostarting Yanosik with other navigation apps, if desired.
