NZ Post

About

The NZ Post app helps individuals manage parcel deliveries and access postal services. It suits anyone expecting packages or needing postal information, simplifying tasks like tracking parcels or finding stores. For example, users can easily arrange redelivery if they miss a delivery, avoiding a trip to the post office.

What Stands Out

• •Arrange redelivery for missed parcels directly within the app, saving time and effort.
• •Redirect parcels to a convenient Collect my parcel location using integrated maps and store details.
• •Add specific delivery instructions, including 'Leave my parcel' options for signature-required items.
• •Utilize enhanced tracking list filtering and sorting to quickly find specific parcels.

Things to Consider

An NZ Post website login is required to use the app's features. While many core functions are free, some services like Saturday or evening delivery may incur additional charges. Users should confirm current pricing for these optional services within the application.
